Support Intro 86

Intro 86 is a New York City Council bill to eliminate the city’s inhumane horse carriage industry. NYCLASS proposes replacing horse-drawn carriages with electric replicas of vintage cars. I created this poster which plays on the twofold significance of the number 86: in New York restaurant parlance, “to eighty-six” is to get rid of something or to refuse service to somebody (one theory of the etymology of the term originates from Chumley’s, a bar formerly located at 86 Bedford Street).
